Russian Web Standards Group

Web Standards Group (WSG) is an international community of web developers and designers who incorporate web standards (HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, XSLT, etc.) into their everyday work.

WSG-Russia mission is to

• Provide means to interchange experience and enhance know-how activity through forums and regular meetings;
• provide lore and support in adopting web-standards;
• encourage web-standard usage throughout web-developer community.

Applying for WSG-Russia membership

• Register on the Web Standards Group website.
• Attend WSG-meeting.
• Communicate with WSG-Russia members online.

WSG-Russia meetings

WSG meetings have been held in Russia since 2006. As of today, two meetings took place in Moscow and one in St. Petersburg. We also plan meetings in Kiev and Minsk.

1. First (closed) meeting: October 28^th, 2006, Moscow.
2. Second (ajar) meeting: April 17^th, 2007, Moscow, as a part of the RIT-2007 conference.
3. Third (public) meeting: November 17^th, 2007, St. Petersburg.
